// ai receptionist

The call you missed booked with someone else.

An AI receptionist that answers every call on the first ring, finds out what the caller needs, and books them straight into your calendar. Evenings, weekends, and while your team is busy with someone else.

No signup. We send you a recording of the agent handling a real enquiry.

// the problem

A missed call isn't a missed call. It's a booking at your competitor.

  • 01

    Nobody calls twice

    Somebody searching for a clinic, a contractor or a room has five other numbers in front of them. If yours rings out, they don't leave a voicemail and try again later. They call the next one, and that business gets a customer who was going to be yours.

  • 02

    The busiest hours are the worst hours

    Calls come in exactly when nobody can take them — your receptionist is with a patient, you're on a roof, the desk is unstaffed after 6pm. The times you most want the work are the times you're least able to answer the phone.

  • 03

    And half the answered calls waste your time

    Of the ones you do catch, plenty are price-shopping, out of your area, or after something you don't offer. Working that out costs your team ten minutes each time.

// how it works

It answers, it asks, it books.

Your number stays the same. Nothing about how customers reach you changes.

// straight answers

What it won't do.

Anyone selling you an AI that handles everything is selling you a problem. Here's where it stops.

  • It won't pretend to be a person

    If a caller asks whether they're talking to a human, it tells them. Being caught lying on the first call costs you more than the booking is worth.

  • It won't give medical or technical advice

    It books, it answers questions about your hours, services and location, and it takes details. Anything requiring professional judgement goes to you.

  • It won't push through a caller who wants a human

    Ask for a person, mention an emergency, or confuse it twice, and it hands over or takes a message for immediate callback. That rule is hard-coded, not left to the AI.

  • It won't replace your receptionist

    It takes the calls nobody was answering and filters the ones that waste time. Your team handles the people in front of them, which is what they're good at.

// have you done this before

Yes — for estate agents with exactly the same problem.

We build these for property firms. Someone sees a listing, calls, and if nobody answers they call the next agent on the page — the lead is gone in under a minute. The agents themselves are out at viewings, which is precisely when they can't take the phone.

So we built agents that answer immediately, ask what the caller is looking for, their budget, their area and their timeline, write it all into the firm's CRM as the call happens, and either book the viewing or hand the caller to a human while they're still interested.

A clinic, a contractor and a hotel have the same shape of problem. The technology is identical — only the questions change.

// who it suits

If a missed call costs you real money, it pays for itself.

  • Dental & medical clinics

    New-patient enquiries, appointment booking and rescheduling, treatment and insurance questions, after-hours calls. One recovered patient covers a month.

  • Contractors & trades

    Job enquiries while you're on site, quote requests, urgency triage, and filtering out the callers outside your service area before they reach you.

  • Hotels & hospitality

    Late-night booking enquiries, availability and rate questions, and guest requests when the front desk is unattended.

// questions

The things people ask first.

Will it sound like a robot?

Listen and judge for yourself — that's why the first thing we send is a recording rather than a brochure. It handles interruptions, so a caller can talk over it and correct themselves the way they would with a person.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your number stays exactly as it is. You choose when the agent picks up — only after hours, only when the line is engaged, or on every call.

What happens if it doesn't understand someone?

It stops guessing and hands over. If a human isn't available it takes a name, number and short message, and flags it for immediate callback. It never invents an answer to get through the call.

What does it cost?

A one-off setup, then a monthly fee. What it costs depends on how many calls you take and how much you want the agent to handle. We'll give you a number on the call — and tell you if we don't think it's worth it for your volume.

How long until it's live?

We listen to how your calls actually go, write the conversation around that, and test it against real recordings before it takes a single live call. You approve it before anyone hears it.

Can it speak Arabic?

Yes, and it can switch language mid-call based on how the caller speaks to it. Worth raising early so we set the voice up correctly.
